*Payment Terms*
*Full Payment at Booking required*
The full session fee is due at the time of scheduling and is required to secure the appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
*Non-Refundable Payment*
All session payments are non-refundable, as they reserve the photographer’s time and date. Payments may be applied to a rescheduled session if the client provides proper notice (see Cancellation Policy).
*Editing & Photo Fees*
A non-refundable $50 editing fee is required at the time of booking and must be paid in order to secure the session. This fee covers the editing time for the included photos that come with your session. No booking will be confirmed without payment of this editing fee.
*The total number of photos included for free is determined by the length of the session and the number of quality images captured. Longer sessions will include more photos; shorter sessions will include fewer. Additional photos may be purchased for $5 each.*
Additional edited photos beyond what is included are $5 each and will be invoiced separately after the client selects their favorites. Final edited images will not be delivered until all editing fees and additional photo costs are paid in full.
*Accepted Payment Methods*
Payments may be made through the website’s booking system/ zelle or in person during your consultation.
No final images, galleries, or downloads will be released until all balances—including extra photo costs or specialty retouching fees—are paid in full!
*Rescheduling & Cancellation*
*Once a session is booked and payment is made, all payments become non-refundable*
Clients may reschedule with advance notice!
However, due to the preparation and blocked scheduling required, any cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice results in full forfeiture of all payments, with no exceptions. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days, or they will be treated as a cancellation.
*Weather & Unforeseen Conditions*
In the event of inclement weather, unsafe outdoor conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances that may impact the safety, quality, or feasibility of the session, the photographer retains the sole discretion to postpone or reschedule the session to the next available date.
Clients will not be charged a rescheduling fee for weather-related issues or circumstances outside of their control. All payments made will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
If the client declines the offered rescheduled date(s) and chooses to cancel instead, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and all payments will remain non-refundable.
*Copyright & Usage*
All photographs remain the exclusive property of the photographer and are protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17).
Clients may use the final edited images they purchase for personal purposes only, such as printing, sharing with friends and family, or posting on social media.
Clients may not:
· Sell, resell, or distribute the images
· Edit, alter, or apply filters to the images
· Use images for business, commercial, or promotional purposes
· Submit images to publications, contests, or advertisements without written permission.
· Remove watermarks
· Commercial or promotional use requires a separate written agreement.
· The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, marketing, or social media purposes, unless the client submits a written privacy request before the session.
· RAW or unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances.
*Editing & Retouching*
All editing and retouching is completed in the photographer’s signature style, including color correction, exposure adjustments, and light retouching.
A $50 mandatory editing fee is required at the time of booking, covering the editing of the included photos.
The number of included edited photos depends on the length of the session and the number of usable images captured.
Additional edited photos beyond the included amount are available for $5 per image.
Advanced retouching—including object removal, body reshaping, or extensive alterations—is available for an additional fee.
RAW or unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances.
Final images will only be delivered after all payments for session and additional editing fees are complete.
*Client Responsibilities*
Client agrees to:
Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time or require rescheduling.
Clients are responsible for wardrobe, grooming, and personal styling.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Photographer is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to appearance, behavior, or environmental factors.
Clients assume responsibility for personal items and are responsible for safe behavior during the session.
*Liability*
1. The photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the session.
2. Clients assume responsibility for their own safety, the safety of minors, and personal belongings.
3. The photographer is not liable for missed shots or dissatisfaction caused by environmental conditions, uncooperative subjects, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Equipment failure, illness, or emergencies may require rescheduling; in such cases, the photographer may offer a session reschedule or refund at their discretion.
